Our Opportunity
AR Specialist - $55,000 to $65,000 Starting Salary DOE
The AR Specialist will perform the day-to-day Accounts Receivable responsibilities. Key daily activities include:
- Process customer payments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Analyze receivables aging to identify overdue accounts and collect payment.
- Investigate and resolve outstanding issues by collaborating with internal teams, customers, and partners.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 2-5 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Comfortable communicating with customers, internal teams, and partners to resolve issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization skills, and punctuality.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
