SalaryGetz Fire Equipment Co has an opening for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator in our Peoria corporate office. Getz Fire is a family owned business since 1957 and a staple in our community. The current Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be retiring after 17 years of service and her retirement will open up a rare opportunity.
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will:
· Post the daily check deposit
· Respond to phone calls and emails to answer customer questions about their account
· Coordinate the collection effort with the service/sales divisions of the company
· Update payment terms as needed
· Process customer collection letters
· Process bad debt write offs
· Contact customers regarding payment
· Research and process bankruptcies and court of claims documents
