Accounts Payable and Receivables Coordinator
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading marketing organization and they are looking to add an Accounts Payable and Receivables Coordinator to their growing team. Our client is rapidly growing and seeking two team members to join their growing company. This company has such a fun culture! RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND RECEIVABLES COORDINATOR ROLE:
- The Accounts Payable and Receivables Coordinator will track vendor orders and product issues.
- The Accounts Payable and Receivables Coordinator will handle freight and labor bills.
- Data entry of invoices and payments.
- Handle invoice deduction notices, review coded invoices as necessary.
- Print all Accounts Payable reports and maintain all Accounts Payable files.
- Prepare analysis of all accounts, as required.
- Assist with accounting department and special projects, as necessary.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND RECEIVABLES COORDINATOR ROLE:
- 1-3 years experience in General Accounting - Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Excel skills - Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
