Responsibilities:
Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system
Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
Update client accounts based on payment or contact information
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 AM
Skills:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Experience with ERP systems is a plus
Excellent communication skills are a must

Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Accounting or equivalent is preferred
2 years of experience in accounting preferred
