Accounts Receivable Clerk- Part Time

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for processing incoming payments and invoices from routes in the location. This includes invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, basic mathematics and effective communication abilities. The Accounts Receivable Clerk works with their supervisor to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of issues.
Qualified candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary, basic math, along with analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changes, and maintain confidentiality is essential for success in this role.
