Accounts Receivable Specialist

DUTIES INCLUDE

• Accounts receivable data entry
• Journal entries
• Handle cash and point of sale entries (backup)
• End of day reconciliations
• Accounts receivable/collection calls
• Maintain various spreadsheets
• Sales Tax Reporting
• Assist with research and analysis
• Answer and direct incoming calls (backup)
• Other tasks as needed or assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Sage100 experience or other ERP system preferred
• Clear understanding of debits and credits
• Above average proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of google sheets & docs
• Superb troubleshooting skills

EXPERIENCE

• 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
