Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing, and cash application
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions
- Assist with month-end close processes related to Accounts Receivable
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve member issues and improve processes
Skills:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with members
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes and revenue cycle management
- Familiarity with technical accounting principles and GAAP
