Ancestry has an amazing opportunity for a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk. You will report to the AR Manager and join our corporate services team. You will be responsible for several processes, including reconciling chargebacks and assisting with other Accounts Receivable responsibilities. We ask that you are a person who is disciplined and expresses ownership and initiative to accomplish goals. We achieve our goals together, through teamwork and smart execution. • You will Respond and Dispute Chargebacks in Multiple Credit Card Processors

• You will Process chargebacks and reversals including reconcile and adjust transactions related to exceptions in Oracle

• You will Enter debit memos in Oracle for Lost/Disputed Chargebacks

• You will Maintain monthly chargeback reconciliations in excel for multiple credit card processors and keep manager updated on outstanding issues for month- end reporting

• You will Provide Monthly Stats Reports for Chargebacks

• You will Provide responses to customer and internal inquiries promptly

• You will Work with customer service center to resolve account discrepancies including processing potential refunds

• You may Post customer payments by preparing and recording bank deposits, recording payments in Oracle AR

• You will analyze processes for possible improvements or issues, identifying and proposing solutions.

• 1+ years minimum of Accounts Receivable and credit card processing experience

• Hands-on Experience in Oracle R12 Order Management and AR

• Prior Experience with processing chargebacks and managing disputes in credit card processors (American Express, Discover, Worldpay/Vantiv, Paypal, Bank of America, Chase Paymentech)

• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce)

• Intermediate/Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), analytical and improve solutions

• Work under time constraints and meet all deadlines

As a signatory of the ParityPledge in Support of Women and the ParityPledge in Support of People of Color, Ancestry values pay transparency and pay equity.  We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position: $34,000 - $72,000 with eligibility for bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision.
