Accounts Receivable Clerk

GreatWater 360 Auto Care h as a full-time opening for an Accounts Receivable Clerk located at 4902 W. 106th St, Zionsville, IN 46077. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will work closely with the Accounts Receivable Manager in overall invoicing, collection, and cash application activities which includes timely monitoring and management of all Accounts Receivable aging components.

Essential Functions:

· Post payments and other transactions to customer accounts

· Issue customer statements

· Communicate with fleet customers to pursue collections and respond to inquiries

· Provide reports to operational management

· Collaborate with shops on invoicing and collections

· Process customer credit applications and conduct credit checks

· Reconcile general ledger accounts

· Advise management on improvements to processes and policies

· Other duties as assigned by Accounts Receivable Manager

· High school diploma/GED; college degree preferred

· Prior Accounts Receivable experience preferred

· Prior experience conducting credit checks preferred

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced, high growth environment to address high priority items in a timely manner

· Excellent problem-solving skills for working through issues independently

· Positive, professional, and service-oriented demeanor

· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

· Ability to type at least 40 words per minute

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
