We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all Accounts Receivable processes. If you have a strong background in accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Process and record customer payments in a timely manner

- Prepare and send out invoices to customers

- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up as necessary

- Reconcile discrepancies between invoices and payments

- Perform account analysis to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies

- Assist with month-end close activities related to Accounts Receivable

- Generate financial reports and provide analysis on Accounts Receivable data

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate billing and collection processes

- Maintain accurate records of all Accounts Receivable transactions

Skills:

- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations and journal entries

- Knowledge of financial concepts and GAAP principles

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to negotiate payment terms with customers

- Experience with account analysis and reconciliation

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
