This position is eligible for a $3,000 retention bonus ($1,500 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service)

Salary Range

Dependent upon qualifications

$52,960.65 - $61,322.85

Position Summary

This position performs behavioral health billing, collection and Accounts Receivable procedures; monitors and maintains documentation regarding payer reimbursement regulations and procedures; and communicates with clients and staff regarding billing and collection matters.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Two (2) years' experience working with health insurance providers (billing, reimbursements, collections) and Accounts Receivable experience.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and basic Word applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Three (3) years billing, reimbursement and collections experience in a mental health organization
• Electronic Health Record systems and billing knowledge
