Accounts Payable and Payroll Coordinator

Our client, a well-established fashion accessories company, is looking for a highly skilled Accounts Payable and Payroll Coordinator to join their team in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
Accurately process invoices into the company's ERP system
Match payable invoices to purchase orders and receivings
Process weekly check run
Respond to and resolve all vendor inquiries in a timely manner
Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll using ADP Payroll System
Prepare and file annual 1099 forms
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and payroll
Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
