- Reviews and processes vendor invoices in accordance with state and institutional requirements intended funding source and cost classification and payment terms utilizing multiple integrated systems to maintain internal control.
- Responds in a timely and professional manner to inquiries and concerns regarding invoices.
- Research vendor payments over multiple banking platforms and maximizing rebates.
- Monitors voucher volumes and vendor statements to ensure timely problem resolution.
- Matching Invoices to the Proper PO lines to ensure proper invoice reconciliation.
- Exception management of invoices, reconciling PO Activity.
- Analyze various reports to compare data.
- Assists the Accounts Payable Management Team in the evaluation of current and proposed systems and processes makes recommendations for program improvement and takes an active role in departmental program improvement initiatives.
- Use of Microsoft Office Products, including Excel to review and compare data from multiple sources.
- In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent.
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Licensure: None required.
