SalarySeeking a self-motivated Accounts Payable Specialist who has positive outlook with a great personality and is looking for a new opportunity! We are conducting a search for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team of one of Tampa Bay’s premier employers. This is a temporary assignment, working 40 hours a week with overtime potential! Reference and background check will be required.

Accounts Payable Specialist Job Duties:
- Reconcile vendor accounts
- Input invoices
- Review / research discrepancies
- Some vendor inputting when needed
- Special projects, as needed
Accounts Payable Specialist Skills/Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a fast-paced, high-volume AP department
- Basic Excel skills required but pivots/vlookups highly preferred
- Large ERP experience required but Oracle experience highly preferred
- Team player willing to learn new tasks
- Strong critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail
- Superb communications skills required
