Texas Homebuilder looking to fill an entry level Accounts Payable position.
This is a High Volume level position.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS:
- Enter and post invoice batches into custom homebuilder software in a timely and accurate manner for all vendors and subcontractors.
- Establish and maintain open communication with vendors and subcontractors, as well as external customers.
- Provide timely customer service for all calls, emails and questions from vendors and external customers.
- Reconcile monthly statements of all vendors and subcontractors.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties including copying, filing, and scanning.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- 10-Key - You will be tested.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well as part of a team environment.

Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 per year.
