Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, Inc. in North Haven, CT has a part-time opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk.
This position will perform a variety of administrative tasks supporting the Ulbrich Accounts Payable and Finance department.
- Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports;
- Code vendor invoices;
- Generate payments and distribute checks;
- Assist with the research and response to vendor and internal department inquires:
- Reconcile vendor statements;
- File and maintain electronic files;
- Open and distribute mail and emails; and
- Additional clerical tasks as needed.
A High School diploma plus similar experience is required. Must be detail oriented and accurate; basic knowledge of accounting is preferred. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet skills required.
