Duties & Responsibilities:
- Scan, Code and route invoices for approval.
- Enter Invoices for payment into accounting system.
- Code and enter travel and expense reports into accounting system.
- Code and enter credit card transactions.
- Respond in a timely manner to vendor questions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payables experience or recent college graduate in accounting.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
