Job Function:

• Work in the ETI Solid State Lighting computer systems (NetSuite) to handle Accounts Payable related tasks.
• Process customer check payments, ACH payments etc., handle all assigned accounts, review AP position on a regular basis.
• Issue credit memos to customers when appropriate.
• Assist in the monitoring of daily cash flow and provide operational support on cash management.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash report.
• Handle month end closing for the A/P area according to the closing schedule.
• Special analysis projects as required.
• Other ad hoc accounting tasks as when required.

  Basic requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience.
• Ability to write and speak effectively in English.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
