Responsibilities:
- -Answer telephones and distribute calls politely and efficiently.
- -Utilize Sage 50 Accounting to post purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- -Perform general accounting tasks such as reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and preparing financial spreadsheets.
- -Update various Excel and Access databases.
- -Use variety of office machines including copier, laminator, binder and perform alphabetical and numerical filing.
- -Prepare packages for shipping, coordinate pick up, tracking, and receipt.
Skills:
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Word, and Access.
- Strong keyboard skills for efficient data entry.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with owners and team.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations and report compilation.
Please note that substantial experience is a must, and some advanced business/finance education is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 29 per week
