Overview of the Accounting Specialist role:

·         Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely manner

·         Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions

·         Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts

·         Generate financial reports for management review

·         Assist in the preparation of regulatory reporting

·         Assist with month end close duties  

·         Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Preferred qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:

·         2+ years of experience in accounting or finance

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
