4 Corner Resources is currently seeking an Accounting Specialist for one of our clients in the Lake Mary, FL area. This position is a contract with intent to hire role and fully on-site. The Accounting Specialist will oversee inputting accounts receivable, accounts payable, data entry, and other administrative finance/accounting matters.

Accounting Specialist Job Duties:
Full cycle AP including reviewing, verifying, coding, and processing invoices and expense reports.
Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Preparation of check runs and electronic payments.
Maintain good standing with all vendors.
Fundamental knowledge of GAAP.
Verify documentation and request disbursements.
Clerical tasks including but not limited too, filing, sorting mail, and stocking.
Accounting Specialist Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
Microsoft Office (specifically Excel - V-Lookups, Pivot Tables)
Experience with Accounts receivable (AR)/Account Payable
Data entry experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Accounting Specialist Compensation:
Starting pay of $20 an hour
Accounting Specialist Contract Length:
3-4 month contract with intent to hire
Accounting Specialist Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm
