Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday, First Shift, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Location: Laurel, MD
PrideStaff is working with a client in Laurel for this exciting opportunity! Our client is looking for an Accounting Specialist to work at their car dealership as soon as possible. Accounting Specialist responsibilities include:
- Ensuring bills and invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
- Processing due invoices for payments
- Managing accounts payable and account receivable using accounting software and other programs
- Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
Accounting Specialist requirements include:
- Have at least 2-4 years of accounting experience
- Proficient in A/P and QuickBooks
- Willing to work Independently, Longevity in job positions and grow with the company
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and/or drug screen
