Software Support Representative
Location: Fresno, CA
Salary: $21-$28/hr DOE
About the Job: Do you enjoy helping people and working with numbers? Do you have a passion for the agricultural industry? AppleOne has teamed up with a local agricultural software company seeking a highly motivated accounting professional to join the Software Support department! In this role you will learn and support the software specifically designed for payroll, HR, and accounting needs of the agricultural industry. Candidates for this role will not only do they need to be competent in customer support, they need to have a desire to learn, troubleshoot, problem solve, and teach others.

Skills & Qualifications:
• 3+ years’ experience in payroll or accounting
• Knowledge of accounting principles (General Ledger, Payroll etc.)
• Proficient use of Windows computers, MS Office Positive customer service approach
• BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH
• Good business communication, both written and verbal
• High School Diploma Required
