Cleburne, TX manufacturing client needs an Accounting Manager on a contract-to-hire basis. 100% ONSITE in Cleburne, Texas. This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity.
Accounting Manager (contract-to-hire):
Must be able to work onsite in Cleburne, Texas, United States (100% On-site)
Our client in South Fort Worth is in search of an Accounting Manager on a 6+ month contract with the potential of contract-to-hire
The Accounting Manager Supports the Company Leadership in overseeing Accounting Operations and Financial Reporting, and implements processes and controls related to the business.
Essential Duties:
• Oversees the monthly close
• Prepares monthly financial reports and monitors and analyzes operating results against budget
• Creates and posts journal entries
• Prepares daily cash reconciliations
• Assists in establishing short and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
• Tracks and reports daily raw material, packaging and labor consumption for two divisions.
• Tracks and reports on labor, material and overhead costs for every production run for two divisions.
• Assists in the preparation of the annual business plan for all divisions.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
Manufacturing Background preferred
QuickBooks required
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Manufacturing Background preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• QuickBooks required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
