```Overview``` We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, and financial auditing. If you are a motivated individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for accuracy and efficiency, we would love to hear from you. ```Responsibilities``` - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department - Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts - Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data - Coordinate and lead the annual financial audit process - Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations - Provide guidance and mentoring to junior accounting staff - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency - Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices ```Requirements``` - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA certification preferred) - Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices - Proficient in using accounting software (Xero experience preferred) - Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail - Solid understanding of tax laws and regulations - Experience with general ledger reconciliation and account reconciliation - Familiarity with wills, trusts, and estate law is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Join our team as an Accounting Manager and contribute to the success of our organization through your expertise in financial management.
