Job Description
OVERVIEW
To support and assist current projects within the Sheetz Accounting department.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers in a timely manner.
- Aid Accounting Department Projects by performing the below tasks (not limited to):
- Assist in scheduling necessary project meetings.
- Attend project meetings.
- Complete notes and data entry processing for effective record keeping.
- Monitor project budgets.
- Support Accounting Department Projects overall needs.
- Work with all impacted Accounting team members to better understand processes/flows.
- Assist in implementing new and efficient processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Current Junior or Senior pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required; pursuing either a minor or dual major in Project Management preferred.
Experience
- No experience necessary.
