Accounting Clerk

We are looking to an Accounting Clerk.  You will be responsible for the day to day accounting functions.  This includes making payments for new purchases, recording transactions in Quickbooks, reviewing bank accounts, and assisting with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.  This position will serve as the main point of contact for our outside accounting firm, as well as communicate with vendors and customers regarding accounts.  The success of this position has a direct impact on company culture & growth. As a growing small business, it is important for each team member to be goal oriented and aligned with company values.

• Responsible for the day to day accounting functions including processing payments, AP & AR functions, and posting entries in QuickBooks online
• Ensure accounting data flows to internal operating system
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports  
• Exhibit strong  communication skills to connect with our team and support any office related work needs in a friendly and adaptable manner
• Organizational skills with the ability to build structure and processes is essential to success
