Accounting Clerk

We currently have an opening for an Accounting Clerk for our accounting department in our Carey, Ohio office. We are looking for a detail orientated, self-motivated individual who is willing to learn and grow here at Vaughn Industries.

This is a full time position in a friendly office setting!

Duties will include:

• Prepare customer invoices/billings
• Submit billings in required customer portals
• Prepare and maintain excel spreadsheets
• Send statements to customers monthly
• Prepare and record company deposits
• Collections
• Any other tasks as assigned by manager

• Knowledge of Excel and basic formulas
• Any combination of experience and education that would provide the required knowledge and abilities of an Accounting Clerk
• Prefer a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Accounting or other related field
