Accounting Support
- Attach purchase order and receiver to invoices as received.
- Assist in the data entry of invoices into the accounting system.
- Support Accounting Department with AP aging reports and vendor statement reconciliations.
- Assist accounts payable with weekly check runs by pulling back up, as needed.
- Assist with filing, copying and mailing as required by the Accounting Department.
Insurance & Contract Administration
- Ensure all documentation related to contracts and certificates of insurance is organized, safely stored, and maintained on a regular basis.
- Responsible for keeping subcontract compliance tracking current.
- Assist in compilation of contractually required documentation.
- Assist and coordinate with project teams in issuance of sub-tier contracts.
- Request insurance certificates in accordance with the contract requirements and at the direction of the Manager, Contracts and Legal, as needed.
- Provide support with the Smartsheet tracking system of contracts.
Other Duties
- Attend seminars/educational training programs as required.
- Perform any other related or unrelated, unassigned, unspecified duty that may be needed from time to time.
