Accounting Clerk

The Accounting Clerk will assist with a variety of financial procedures throughout the accounting department with a focus on Accounts Payable.

• Manage Accounts Payable Process

• Maintain data in multiple information systems or databases.

• Assist with bank reconciliations.

• Construction draw payables

• Assist with month end analyses.

• 1099 review and processing

• General ledger research

• Support external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.

• Analyze financial information.

• Process and distribute incoming mail

• Weekly check runs.

• Oversee credit card / expense process.

• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
