DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Accounting Clerk
- Location: Northwest, Houston
- Pay: $23
- Hours: Mon.-Fri. 8:00am-5:00pm
- Duration: Temp to Hire
- Description of Duties: Maintain accounts, verifies and approves payment vouchers, audit bills, prepares invoice notices, prepare checks, account analysis, register billings within Fortune 500 customer portal, assist with special projects as needed, month end, file documents, and research past due invoices.
- Requirements: Proficient Excel skills, accounting certificate or technical school or six months experience or training or equivalent.
