RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter vehicles into CDK inventory and accounting GL through Web Vehicle
- Pull and enter all appropriate information into the system for vehicle buy ins
- Pull and process expense reimbursements
- Maintain vehicle files.
- Assist with mail room duties as needed
- Other accounting duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Automotive dealership accounting is a plus
- Must have a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment
- Detailed oriented
- Self-starter who can work independently but take direction as needed.
- Excellent follow-up skills.
- Organized with ability to independently manage priorities.
