Accounting Associate

The Amlon Group is a global environmental services company focused on recycling, processing, treatment and management of metal bearing industrial waste streams. Due to company growth we are looking for AP/AR Clerk.

Responsibilities:

• Post receipts and reconcile discrepancies
• Interact with customers, internal and external and provide assistance as needed
• Investigate and resolve past due accounts
• Prepare final documents for submittal to customers
• Credit Reference requests for customers
• Assist with front desk duties
• Other duties as assigned

Experience and Skill Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience with NetSuite and QuickBooks (Enterprise and Online)
• 5 years of Account Receivable
• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Products
• Analytical ability required

Physical Requirements and Workplace Conditions:

• Employee must be able to sit in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time
• Employee is required to be in business casual attire when in the office
• Travel will be required if needed to visit company locations out of state. Travel by car and airplane will be required.
• Lunch is an hour and is to be taken in shifts
• This position requires focus and concentration, cell phone usage discouraged unless work related.
• Noise level in the work environment is to be kept to a minimum
