What's a typical day as an Accounting Associate III? You'll be:
• Processing and analyzing time, earnings, and deductions/withholdings on a semi-monthly basis to derive accurate net pay in compliance with Human Resource policies
• Independently analyzing and resolving payroll issues
• Effectively communicating with employees regarding payroll questions
• Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high attention to detail and accuracy
• Possess strong analytical skills and experience with complex data analysis
• Have strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
• Can quickly learn multiple Payroll/IT software systems
• Approach change with a positive mindset
• Can identify and implement process improvements
• Have experience using Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
