We are looking to hire an Accounting Assistant.
Category: Non-Exempt Position
Pay Range: $22 - $25 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable:
Process Vendor Bills.
Post credit card transactions.
Follow up with vendors on missing invoices.
Research & respond to vendor inquiries.
Billing/Accounts Receivable:
Invoice customers daily.
Post customer payments.
Process & post credit card payment.
Follow up on past due receivable accounts.
Other:
When needed, provide support to Customer Service team by responding to customer inquiries on order status, providing quotes and processing purchase orders.
Filing
Requirements:
Associates degree in accounting preferred.
3-years of relevant work experience.
Detail oriented, good communication skills, dependable.
High aptitude for numbers.
Ability to work on a computer for 8 hours a day.
