Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable: ...
Conduct regular reconciliations of vendor statements.
Accounts Receivable:
Generate and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Follow up on overdue payments and address client inquiries.
General Ledger Maintenance:
Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries.
Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
Expense Tracking:
Review and process employee expense reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and timely reimbursement.
Data Entry and Record-Keeping:
Perform accurate data entry for financial transactions.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial activities.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the finance team as needed.
Assist in filing, document preparation, and other routine tasks.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well independently and collaboratively within a team.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting clerk role.
