Immediate Supervisor: Office Manager
Education: High School Diploma or GED Required; 2 or 4 year business degree preferred.
Qualifications: Two years of prior finance, accounting, or relevant business experience strongly preferred. Experience in electronic medical records preferred. Must be proficient in basic computer skills, such as sending emails and Microsoft Office products.
Responsibilities:
- Perform posting charges and revenue
- Daily Management of facility resident census
- Conduct duties in a professional and timely fashion
- Replenishment and monthly balancing of petty cash
- Assist with some billing processes, including triple check
- Bank account reconciliation
- Various financial reporting

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
