Reeves is currently in search of a Staff Accountant to support various accounting functions across several regions. This position is a learning role to support the regional accounting functions and then to promote to one of those roles.
- Support Regional Accounting on a variety of accounting functions as assigned by the Divisional Controller
- Weekly calculation/processing of information/transactions across a variety of systems
- Cost coding various transactions
- Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Provide analysis to other members of management vital to the decision-making
- Degree in Accounting
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (GAAP and IFRS)
- Effective written and oral communications skills
- Strong analytical skills/experience with accurate reconciliation
- Good knowledge and efficient use of entire MS Office suite of applications (MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Excel, MS One Note)
- Ability to learn a variety of systems with ease
- Willingness to relocate for advancement opportunity
