Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Electronically generate/issue end-of-month/year Financial Statements.
- Print and distribute hard copies of end-of-month/year financial statements to CEO.
- Scan and/or file FMA records.
- Purge and/or create new FMA files/records annually or as needed.
- Maintain FMA calendar and incorporate the relevance onto the company intranet calendar.
- Assist FMA team members with other administrative tasks to ensure they are completed/performed on schedule.
- Collaborate with inter-department team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of FMA administrative tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of financial data and/or records.
- Performing other duties as required.
Skills & Knowledge:
- AA in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high level of devotion to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, project management skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
