Position Title:Accounting Assistant
Wage:
$13.00 per hour
Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm (Mon-Thurs); 8:00am-2:00pm (Fri)

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Checking payment terms on new orders.
• Sending out credit references.
• Entering payments in QuickBooks.
• Processing daily billing.
• Tracking orders waiting on prepayment.
• Tracking orders completed waiting on balance due.
• Collections via email and phone.
• Communicating with customers via email and phone regarding deposit or balance due payments needed.

Accounting Assistant Requirements:

• Microsoft office experience preferred.
• QuickBooks experience preferred.
• Accounts payable/receivable experience preferred.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Attendance is very important must be able to commit to being at work as scheduled.
