Position type: Full-Time, Contract
Duration: 3 Month
Location: Temple TX
As an Accounting Assistant, you will:
Maintain precise records of all incoming payments and booking all Accounts Receivables
Reconcile any irregularities in receipts.
Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments.
Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed.
Maintain several Queues.
Proven analytical skills in Accounts Receivables and accounting policy.
Command of Microsoft Office with strong Excel Skills ( a must)
Excellent Follow-up and follow-through abilities
Detail oriented, accurate, and can multi-task and work independently.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment & works well under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have: 2 years of General Accounting and Accounts receivable experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $17 - $19 per Hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
