Job responsibility
•
- Collect data from vendor invoices and cross reference the information with the amounts written on our Purchase Orders and the amount received.
- *Cross reference vendor spending against bank account statement.
- *Use vendor invoices to track payment due dates. Create daily report for finance team and submit to Lily at EOD each day. This report includes (1) all money used to pay vendors, (2) the method of payment, (3) the date paid, (4) the vendor’s invoice number.
- *Create reports to share with the purchase team to source missing invoices and correct POs with incorrect pricing.
- Manage invoice@ inbox and save and digitally file all documents.
- *Manage invoice@ inbox and save and digitally file all documents. Upload any applicable documents to AX so they can be referenced by the whole team. Collaborate with accounting Manager to ensure all vendors are sending information to the correct emails and to ensure all vendor payment requests are paid.
