Responsibilities:
Commission Calculations: Accurately calculate commission percentages for the sales team based on predefined criteria and company policies.
Data Entry: Enter financial data accurately into accounting software and spreadsheets, ensuring all entries are up-to-date and correct.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Support Audits: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
General Accounting Support: Provide support to the accounting team with various tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
Documentation: Maintain organized records of financial transactions, reports, and supporting documents.
Communication: Collaborate with the sales department to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations and address any discrepancies.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Qualifications:
Education: Associate???s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Bachelor???s degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within a corporate setting. Experience with commission calculations is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Integrity: High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
