This position is responsible for day-to-day activities for accounting department, mainly for accounting receivable.
- Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Account Receivables by reviewing shipping documents and generate customer invoices; monitor and report AR aging
- Preparing bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits.
- Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data.
- Performs Administrative Functions by creating correspondence, writing reports and entering data.
- Other duties will be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business with concentration in Accounting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
