Primary Responsibilities
- Perform accounting functions such as coding and processing accounts payable and purchase requisitions
- Manage and maintain monthly credit card purchases and reconciliations
- Monitor weekly timesheet submissions and approvals
- Perform internal cost recovery functions for billable project charges of vehicles & equipment
- Assist with troubleshooting expense report errors
- Perform G/L analysis and general accounting duties
- Do routine work and follow detailed instructions
- Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail, manage multiple projects independently
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and collaborate with various managers in a fast-paced environment
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Experience supervising other financial professionals beneficial

The expected compensation range for this position is $19.44.00 - $27.77.00 hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
