Accounting Assistant

We are a high growth company in the Automotive Repossession industry and we're currently seeking a Part-Time Accounting Assistant at our Panorama City location.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to assist with clerical tasks in our Accounting department. Some tasks include Accounts Payable, credit card transaction entries, balancing and filing receipts, assist writing checks to vendors, and scan items for filing.

WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Proven accounting experience preferred

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

1. Reliable, good work ethic.

2. Clean, presentable appearance.

3. Familiarity and ability to use a computer, smart phone, or tablet.

4. Strong communication and analytical skills.

5. Previous experience with Quickbooks a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
• Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
