Needing an individual that is savvy with accounts payable and cash processing to join our client for a 2 month assignment which could lead to a longer term. CONTRACT with opportunity to be longer term HYBRID after training 8:00am to 5:00pm $20.00 - $22.00/ hour with some flexibility based on skills and experience. DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS? 2+ years of basic accounting experience Proficient with Microsoft Excel High attention to detail Ability to be organized to meet multiple daily deadlines WHAT WILL YOU DO? Prepare and Process daily deposits Review daily cash transactions and handle discrepancies where necessary Assist with electronic filings and quarterly/annual statement preparation Handle special projects as assigned WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE?
