Payroll And Accounting Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Accounting: Preparing bookkeeping, payroll, and the completion of various forms, such as sales tax filings, for clients
• Tax Preparation: Assist with tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensure accurate data entry
• Business Development: Develop associations and contribute to the growth of our firm by engaging in business development activities.
• Communication Skills: Your verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and client interactions.
• Software Knowledge: Display proficient knowledge of general office and Accounting software.
• Adherence to Standards: Adhere to our company's vision, mission, and values, representing yourself as a role model for your colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent, Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration is preferred.
• Past Experience: minimum 4 years previous Payroll and Accounting experience is preferred.
