Accounting Assistant

```Overview```
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical accounting, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial records.

```Duties```
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Process journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred or proven experience
- Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and general ledger accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $20.00 - $24.09 per hour
