University Compounding Pharmacy is a PCAB Accredited compounding-only pharmacy based in Troy, Michigan, specializing in sterile as well as general compounding. For nearly 20 years, our pharmacy has served & earned the trust of patients and healthcare providers in Michigan and multiple states.

Store Hours: M – F 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay is commensurate with experience.

Mission: To provide accounting and bookkeeping support to the Accountant with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness and integrity.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Handle bookkeeping tasks such as A/P entry and A/R invoicing

· File, scan, and electronically attach A/P invoices and other paperwork

· Coding and posting expense reports & credit card transactions management

· Maintain accurate and detailed calendar of events and due dates to ensure proper tasks and activities occur as scheduled

· Complete prescription verifications requested by patients

· Conduct daily cash drawer reconciliations

· Handle weekly cash deposits

· Manage petty cash disbursement & replacement

· Assist with sales tax returns preparation

· Assist with special projects as needed

· Other admin/accounting tasks as assigned by the Accountant

Core Competencies:

1+ year QuickBooks Online Experience (certification is a plus)

1+ year bookkeeping or relevant experience

Bill.com Experience

Proficient with MS Office suite, particularly Excel

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Teamwork mentality, persistence, accuracy, and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Associate's degree in related field preferred but not required

Full-Time: 35-40 hours per week, flexible work schedule.
